Regular performance reviews
At their annual performance reviews, employees and management exchange individual development plans and develop a "career map" together by presenting their interests and discussing development opportunities. Special attention is given to personal development so that employees can take responsibility for shaping and driving their own development.
Therefore we also offer our employees a multitude of training opportunities, whether technical specialist seminars, advanced training in IT, quality management, languages, communication, expanding intercultural competence or on company-specific products and processes. We support our employees through various digital learning approaches, from classroom training to workstation learning, demand-based and future-oriented.
