HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH has been recognized as an attractive employer by the Great Place to Work® 2021 certification program. The anonymous survey of all employees took place in the fall of 2020; it was the second time HIGHVOLT had taken part. The company’s certification as an attractive employer is based on this independent staff survey and an analysis of the steps HIGHVOLT has taken to improve workplace culture.

The same number of employees took part in the 2020 survey as in 2016. We are pleased to report that general staff satisfaction has increased compared with 2016 from 65 to 69 %, securing HIGHVOLT’s certification.
